3. Identified Audience Bleed

Adaline found that several “top-performing” audiences had significant overlap — meaning we were bidding against ourselves. Three lookalike audiences shared 34% of the same people. Every time those people saw our ad, we were paying three times instead of once.

Worse: the overlapping audiences were inflating our perceived reach while deflating our actual efficiency. We thought we were reaching 500,000 unique people. The real number, after deduplication, was closer to 340,000.

4. Caught Creative Fatigue Before Humans Noticed

Adaline tracked creative performance decay curves — how quickly each ad creative lost effectiveness over time. She identified three creatives that were still running (and still spending budget) despite having crossed the fatigue threshold 11 days earlier.
